Bob Moore, CMC, MCC. is an executive resource to high growth organizations working with business leaders who want to implement strategic solutions that turn an organization's good people into top talent by addressing their talent-related barriers to growth, innovation, and customer responsiveness.
Bob has over three decades of field tested experience as a consistent award winning Inscape Publishing Company Distributor and Field Manager, He was been with Inscape since its beginning (formerly Carlson Learning Company when it was founded) and Performax Systems prior to Carlson's acquisition.
Bob's unique combination of experience and credentials has created a provocative, field-tested approach presented in his book and audio program, "Turning Good People Into Top Talent: Key Leadership Strategies for a Winning Company." A pioneer in the consulting and coaching industry, Bob is a Certified Management Consultant, the most highly recognized professional consulting designation, and a Master Certified Coach and Mentor Coach.
Bob has over four decades of experience as an entrepreneur, sales manager, executive coach and consultant to business leaders. Some of his achievements over the years include:
- Age 12, Newspaper Subscription Sales Winner
- Age 14-16, Small business (very small) ventures lawn care, radio repair and auto mechanic
- Age 16-20, Tobacco and Dairy Farmer with retail milk routes and high school bus driver.
- Age 20-25, NCSU Dairy Farm and diary herd improvement consultant to dairy farmers in Wake County, NC while pursuing his BS Degree.
- Age 26-36, Founded Moore Dairy Supply Company, sold the company and became Agent/Agency Manager, NC Farm Bureau, and later General Agent for John Hancock Insurance Company in Tampa, FL
- In 1974, Bob established Effectiveness, Inc. in Tampa, FL and in 1995, created The Effectiveness Coach® Approach. In 2005 following publication of his book, Turning Good People Into Top Talent, he organized the Top Talent Institute™ and Top Talent Coaching™ in Raleigh as divisions of Effectiveness, Inc with affiliates throughout the US and Canada.
Bob earned his Bachelors of Science degree from NC State with graduate work in Management and Psychology. He is active in the business community including the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the Government Affairs Board, Board of Advisors, Membership Campaign Volunteer, and a 2007 graduate of Leadership Raleigh where he continues to provide leadership development services. Bob is the co-host of the Greater Raleigh Thought Leader Community at the Cardinal Club and serves numerous not-for-profit agencies including the Triangle United Way where he provides training and coaching for the staff and volunteers involved in the annual fund raising campaign.
